Of course, it depends on what I'm looking for. I want a camera that has a nice combination of features for photography and ease of use.

My personal preferences skew towards full-frame cameras, but I am willing to consider telephoto zoom models as long as they have good image quality.

Fuji XT1 (CMOS sensor & fast AF) – $1,000-$1,300 ($2,800): The Fuji X-T1 has a 16MP APS-C sensor no larger than the Canon 40D or Nikon D3s. It focuses nearly as fast as Canon's EOS 7D and can shoot up to 6 fps in burst mode.

The Fuji X-T1 has a few cool features that make it worth a look. For example, the electronic viewfinder has a 1,040k dot resolution and the camera can shoot at 4K video. The Fuji X-T1 also comes with GPS and Wi-Fi built into the body! Overall, I think this is an impressive camera given its price compared to other full frame cameras.

I was very impressed by its performance in low light and although it might have some noise at higher ISO's, most people won't notice it. It's also small enough to fit in every pocket of your bag and can be used as a great second body if you have it on hand. I personally like the Fuji X-T1, but some people may not like the idea of using a small sensor camera.
